This is the heartbeat of our horse boarding facility.  The roomy 60’ x 120’ indoor arena is bright, clean and well-lit with LED high bay lighting. It has a carefully selected lime base with sand footing that is optimal for the majority of riding disciplines. Our indoor arena stays comfortable year-round with ample ventilation and skylight panels that offer lots of natural light

Covenant Stables offers heated tack rooms in each of our two barns Our tack rooms are climate controlled, well lit, lockable and secure. Each boarding client receives their own individual tack compartment, complete with saddle rack, bridle hook, saddle pad bar and storage space to help keep your tack organized, clean and secure.

A warm and brightly lit area for you to prepare your horse for riding.  The radiant heaters do an amazing job of keeping your fingers warm and the back wall lighting are appreciated by farriers and vets alike

Our spacious  100'x200' outdoor arena was newly refurbished in 2017 and located just across from our indoor arena.  The footing has  a solid hard packed lime screening base that keeps rocks and stones out. Perfect place for your riding lessons.   Practice a pattern, work on conditioning, take a lesson from one of our wonderful trainers.   There is plenty of room here for you and your equine partner to work on whatever you need. 

New for 2024 we have added a heated lounge with bathroom, kitchenette, television, viewing windows to our indoor arena and comfy chairs.  Your support person can watch in comfort as you and your equine partner strut your stuff.

The 50' Round Pen is conveniently located right outside of our indoor arena.  Not only does this give you an opportunity to free lunge your horse but it has a beautiful view of Covenant Pond and all of the wildlife that we enjoy here at the stable.

The stables currently has a total of eleven large 10x11 or 11x11 box stalls in both the arena and stall barn.  All stalls have drop down windows so your horses can hang their head out to visit with the neighbor.  Arena Barn stalls also have a social window in the side wall.   Stalls are individually lit and cleaned six days a week (Sunday's exempt).  

We offer four large full time pastures.   Mares and geldings are separated in our four main outdoor boarding pastures and each pasture is separated by large lanes  and do not share a fence line with the neighboring pasture for maximum safety but are close enough for visual interaction.  The large 16'x20' three sided shelters are designed with the horses safety in mind.   All full time pastures have automatic/non-electric waterers and are fenced with electric braided rope - to keep your equine healthy and safe.

We also have one "Family Pasture" that is ideal for a mare/gelding group of the same owner (Or friends that want to keep their horses together.)  This pasture has a small shelter and its own individual private (unheated) tack room.  This option includes concentrates fed 1x per day per the owners direction (our feed or feed you provide.)

Groomed trail loops are located on our privately owned property and offer an opportunity for you and your horse to relax and get out of the arena.  They are well maintained, offering beautiful views of the stables and countryside  and a peek at a variety of wildlife.    You and your horse will build confidence out on the trail with many natural challenges  to conquer.

Need to park your horse trailer.  Trailer Parking is available on a limited basis for a nominal monthly fee.  

Covenant Stables regularly schedules Veterinary, Farrier, Massage Therapist and Chiropractor visits that help our clients take the very best care of their horses.    You are welcome to schedule your own also.  

Stable staff live on property and so we are able to keep an eye on your horse with ease.  If we find anything amiss we are here to contact you or your care team.

Relax in our lakeside pergola, go for a quiet trail ride, feed the swans or just watch the doe and fawns play in the water.  This place has its effect on everyone who stays here.  

From Absolute beginner lessons to more advanced, from western riding to dressage one of our local instructors will be able to help you and your horse achieve your goal.
